Opener Hamilton Masakadza plundered a match-winning century as Zimbabwe defeated Kenya by 91 runs in the first one-day international at Harare Sports Club.
Masakadza hit a second ODI ton to see his side to an intimidating 313 for four, his 156 coming off just 151 balls and containing 11 fours and six sixes.
Mark Vermeulen (49) and Brendan Taylor, with a daring 44 not out off 27 deliveries, also weighed in as the Bangladesh bowlers took some punishment.
Lameck Onyango bore the brunt, shipping 91 runs in his 10-over stint.
Kenya never looked likely to chase down a total that imposing and Kyle Jarvis removed both openers on his way to figures of three for 36.
Captain Prosper Utseya finished with the same analysis after his 10 overs, with veteran batsman Steve Tikolo's 49 the best score in the tourists' 222 all out.
