The Board of Control for Cricket in India and Sahara have ended their dispute, paving the way for the Pune Warriors to play in this year's Indian Premier League.
The Warriors were in danger of being forced to pull out of the IPL after Sahara withdrew their sponsorship of India as well as the Pune team.
The group accused the BCCI of not treating them fairly and claimed they enjoyed a "one-sided emotional relationship" with the organisation.
However, the two sides have now patched things up and Pune can once again take part in the IPL.
According to a joint statement, the BCCI agreed "to extend the trading window, which was due to close on Friday 17 February, until Wednesday 29 February 2012 to give Pune Warriors India the opportunity to have successful negotiations with other franchises as it looks to strengthen its squad".
The Warriors have also been given permission to field five foreign players as long as the other franchises give the green light, while Sahara will get the auction purse that was left untouched after the Warriors refused to attend the original auction.
Pune also requested that they host one of the IPL play-off games and, although the BCCI agreed in principle, the Bangalore Royal Challengers still need to give their permission.
